Email should be paying for the rest of your marketing.
Soclura is a hands-on email marketing agency for ecommerce and SaaS brands with 10K to 2M subscribers. We build the flows, run the calendar and keep you out of the spam folder. We report on revenue, not open rates.
The audit takes one week. No commitment, no percentage-of-revenue fees.

Everything between the signup form and the sale
Scope one piece or hand us the whole programme. Either way it's built in your account, on your platform, by the people you actually talk to.
Lifecycle flows
Welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back. Built around how your customers actually behave, branched by product and purchase count, and retested every quarter.
Typically 45 to 60% of email revenue once the library is complete.
Campaign calendar
Weekly sends planned a month ahead across promotions, product and content. We write, design, build, segment and schedule. You approve from your phone.
Never the whole list. Every send goes to a segment.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI set up properly, sending domains warmed, lists cleaned, and complaint rates watched daily against Google's and Yahoo's sender requirements.
We fix inbox placement before we scale volume.
List growth and segmentation
Signup forms and pop-ups tuned for conversion without wrecking the site, zero-party data collected in the welcome flow, and RFM and engagement segments kept current.
Grow the list with people who'll buy, not just open.
Design and copy
A modular template system that survives dark mode and Outlook, mobile first and accessible. Copy that reads like a person wrote it, and plain text when that performs better.
Built once, reused for every send.
Reporting and attribution
Revenue per recipient, flow versus campaign split, and holdout groups so you know what email caused rather than what it touched. A live dashboard plus a monthly write-up.
Open rates demoted. They've been noise since Apple Mail Privacy Protection.
Where email carries the most weight
The programme changes with the business model. These are the four where we have the deepest playbooks.
Ecommerce and DTC
Flows tied to catalogue and margin, campaigns tied to inventory and the promo calendar. Usually Klaviyo or Omnisend on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento.
B2B SaaS
Trial onboarding, activation nudges, expansion and renewal sequences synced with HubSpot, Salesforce or Customer.io. Optimised on trial-to-paid and net retention.
Subscription and membership
Replenishment timing, pause-instead-of-cancel flows, and win-back offers priced against actual churn risk rather than a flat discount.
Marketplaces and media
Newsletters that hold their audience, digest cadences per segment, and sponsorship-ready reporting on reach and engagement.
How the first 90 days run
Set up properly, then compound. Most of the revenue lift arrives from month three onwards, which is why the foundation work is not optional.
Audit
Account structure, deliverability, list health, flow coverage and templates, reviewed against your revenue data. You get a written plan with the numbers we expect from each fix.
Foundation
Authentication and warm-up where needed, the core flows built and live, a template system, and segments defined from purchase and engagement history.
Cadence
Weekly campaigns from a shared calendar, monthly flow tests, deliverability monitoring, and a written review each month covering what changed and why.
Compound
New flows added, segments tightened, SMS layered in if it fits, and revenue targets set by segment for the next quarter.
Results from the last year
Three programmes, three business models. Every number is email-attributed revenue measured against a holdout group, not last-click.
Valen Home came to us with two flows and a weekly blast to the whole list. We rebuilt seven flows, cut list-wide sends and segmented the calendar. Email went from 19% to 31% of store revenue on a smaller send volume.
Northforge Labs had a single welcome email. A 14-day onboarding sequence keyed to product usage, plus a sales handoff for high-intent accounts, lifted conversion and cut time-to-first-value by four days.
Rivona Health's cancellations were mostly people who had simply forgotten. Replenishment reminders, a pause option and a win-back offer priced against churn risk cut churn by a fifth in one quarter.
The short version of why clients switch to us
You talk to the person building your flows
No account manager relaying messages to someone you'll never meet. Your strategist is the one in Klaviyo every day. They join your calls and know your numbers.
We optimise on revenue and margin
Open rates are cheap to inflate. We report revenue per recipient, hold out control groups, and treat a high open rate with flat revenue as a problem to fix.
Everything lives in your account
Flows, templates, segments, data. No proprietary platform in the middle. If you leave, you keep all of it and nothing stops working.
Month-to-month after 90 days
The first 90 days cover the audit and foundation work. After that you stay because the numbers hold up, not because a contract says so.
We'd been sending the same weekly blast for three years. Within two months Soclura had seven flows live and email became our second-biggest channel. The monthly write-up is the only agency report I actually read.Ana BellGrowth Director, Valen Home
They treated our onboarding sequence like product work: hypotheses, holdout groups, a changelog. Trial-to-paid moved for the first time in a year.Rohan IyerCMO, Northforge Labs
Our previous agency sent us open rates. Soclura sent us a churn number going down and a plan for the next quarter. That's the whole difference.Lisa KroneHead of Marketing, Rivona Health

Common questions
Which platforms do you work in?
Klaviyo is where most of our ecommerce work happens; HubSpot and Customer.io for SaaS. Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Braze and Iterable are all familiar. If your platform is the problem, we'll say so and help you migrate without losing your sending reputation.
Do you do cold email or send to purchased lists?
No. We only send to people who opted in. Purchased or scraped lists burn your domain reputation, and once Gmail and Yahoo flag you, every legitimate send suffers. If outbound is what you need, we're not the right fit.
What's your minimum list size?
Around 10,000 engaged subscribers for a full programme. Below that we'll usually suggest flows only, because there isn't enough volume for campaigns to move the numbers, and we'd rather say that than sell you a retainer.
How fast will we see results?
Deliverability fixes show up in two to three weeks. Core flows are live by week six and produce revenue from the day they go live. The compounding effect, where email becomes a top-two channel, usually shows by month three or four.
We have an in-house marketer. Can you work with them?
Yes, it's our most common setup. Usually they own brand, content and organic while we own the email programme end to end, or we build the flows and infrastructure and they run campaigns. Ownership lines get agreed during the audit.
Why don't you report on open rates?
Since Apple Mail Privacy Protection, a large share of opens are triggered by Apple's servers rather than people. We report clicks, conversions, revenue per recipient and revenue against a holdout group. Open rate is still tracked as a deliverability signal; it just doesn't get celebrated.
From paid media to email only
Soclura started in Riga as a PPC agency. Over three years of managing Google and Meta spend, the accounts that grew fastest were the ones where email did the heavy lifting: paid acquired the customer, email produced the second, third and tenth order.
In 2026 we moved the whole team to email. We kept the habits that worked in paid, weekly testing, holdout groups and reporting on revenue, and dropped the rest. We're based in Riga and work with brands across Europe and North America.
